4: It will be deemed that you have placed an order when you have ordered on line or Signed the order form at our sales locations.
5: We will contact you and confirm your order
6: You will have opportunity to cancel or amend your order during the online process and prior to dispatch you may contact us and every effort will be taken to satisfy any changes.
7: Our acceptance of any order is When Goods are dispatched. In the Dispatch process we will notify of the dispatch and you will be all will have been charged.
8: You will not be charged if You cancel the order in time and within the terms and if we cannot accept your order for any reason.
9: Orders Can be refused if we do not have stock; cannot obtain payments; If there are any communication errors.

Cancelled good must be returned by the buyer intact and at the buyer’ expense, The Seller. can arrange collection but will charge the prevailing rate to collect; this can be confirmed with you at the time. Goods must be returned in a merchantable quality and within a reasonable time following agreement that they are to be returned. Failing to do this and we reserve the right to refuse.
Refunds are made the same way payments are sent as a security measure and we can also agree credit notes where the customer prefers. Ask customer services for advice on this.
